My Story

I'm a visual artist from Southern California, and I love to capture images in far-flung places.

I'm blessed to work in a craft that is my calling. As a pastel artist, I find this medium informs my photographic style, which has been described as poetic, soft, and serene. I do hope it evokes those feelings in the viewer. I've always been drawn to the Pictorialist style of photography, especially Léonard Misonne's body of work, characterized by soft, painterly scenes with cloudscapes and other atmospheric effects.

I photograph with medium format cameras due to the optics and detail they provide, and my artwork often includes an open canvas and features color as the hero.

Lastly, I consider myself a storyteller and believe every image should tell a story and offer a setting for the viewer’s story to unfold.

Location

I'm based in Southern California and love the journeys my work takes me on. My logo includes a seashell and a pearl as my heart is happiest near the ocean. Touch base and let's chat about art, photography, and your favorite place on our beautiful blue planet!

I find beauty in the quiet places… the places that others walk past

I find beauty off the beaten path, not the well-trodden road

Representation

My Limited Editions are available on Artsy and Singulart.

Each work is part of a limited edition of only 25 + 3 Artist Proofs, ensuring exclusivity and long-term value. Edition numbers apply across all sizes and finishing options. For framed works, the edition number, title, location, and signature appear on the reverse (verso style); studio prints are signed and numbered in pencil on the front border. A certificate of authenticity accompanies every piece. As the edition sells, prices increase, and once all pieces are collected, the edition is permanently closed.
